Terms of Service
Terms for using Aevora
These terms explain how subscriptions, device limits, service access, and acceptable use work.
Launch note: This page is already live so the site, app configuration, and App Store materials stay aligned. Final legal approval is still required before public launch. Using the service
Aevora provides VPN access through an iPhone app and supporting infrastructure. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and these terms.
The service is designed around privacy and reliability, but it is not a promise of uninterrupted availability, universal bypass capability, or access to any specific third-party service.
- Use the service lawfully and responsibly
- Do not abuse the network or interfere with other users
- Do not attempt to bypass device, billing, or subscription limits
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are sold through Apple using the prices shown in the app and on this site. The current offer includes a yearly plan with a 3-day free trial and a monthly plan without a trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
- Yearly: €39.99 with a 3-day free trial
- Monthly: €5.99
- One subscription supports up to three active devices
Access and suspension
Protected access depends on an active subscription. If a subscription expires, is refunded, or is revoked, access can be limited or stopped.
Aevora may also suspend access when required to protect the service, enforce device limits, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Privacy and diagnostics
How Aevora handles data is described in the Privacy Policy and the disclosure shown in the product. Diagnostics are optional and redacted by default.
Aevora does not claim to log browsing history, DNS lookups, or destination IP history.
Changes and contact
Aevora may update the product, pricing presentation, or these terms as the service evolves. Material changes should appear in updated version dates and linked materials.
Questions about the service or these terms should go through the support channel listed on the support page.
